Phase 5 of the project is under construction and is scheduled to be finished during 2020. The project is a low-rise high-density housing typology with four dwellings sharing a court yard and a roof terrace. The project features new initiatives involving recycled plastic for construction, green facades, compost system, rain water harvesting and use of solar energy.
